Safety and Rehabilitation

Initial Assessment (adults) in own home: £85

Includes 60-90 minute assessment in your own home and recommendations for safety, mobility and occupational performance (additional mileage costs may incur dependent on location)

Follow-up visit: £55-£65 depending on individual circumstances

 

One-off Initial Assessment (adults) (virtual): £65

Includes 60-90 minute assessment virtually and recommendations for safety, mobility and occupational performance 

Follow-up call/Skype: £45

 

Assessment and reports to provide evidence for; PIP claims, attendance allowance claims, housing support, Blue Badge, return to work etc:

Assessment and reports for people with a Learning Disability, autism and/or additional SEN:

6 Week Rehabilitation Course in Own Home: £360

Includes: initial assessment in own home with identification of goals and 5 weekly individualised sessions working towards achieving those goals.  Upon completion you will receive a thorough report detailing progress and recommendations, including onward referral if appropriate

 

Group Rehabilitation Course: Coming Soon, these will be offered at a discounted rate. With no more than 4 people per group to allow individual advice.

 

Animal-Assisted Therapy: We have a small amount of availability for sessions with Paddy whilst he is training, free of charge.  Please get in touch if you are interested.

 

Cognitive Rehabilitation: £75 initial assessment, follow up sessions £40-£50

Includes assessment and cognitive exercises to optimise brain health and functioning and written recommendations for family members 

 

Ergonomic Assessments in the Workplace

Price dependent on individual circumstances.

Price includes:

1.5 - 2hr Assessment at home and/or work

Detailed report outlining any considerations to improve workplace productivity, health and wellbeing.

Individual, tailored advice for self-management of health and wellbeing.

Advice to employers about necessary and recommended changes to improve health and wellbeing for staff member including workstation set-up.

Updated DSE and risk assessments
